The Evolved Process

In order to ensure that our customers always know exactly what's going on, we've adapted our working style into a simple, six-step process that goes like this:



Step 1 - Your Initial Enquiry

Step 3 - The Site Survey

During the telephone conversation, we'll arrange a suitable time for one of our surveyors to visit your property so that they can conduct a more thorough analysis of your property, and balance the aesthetics of the property with the technology necessary for the installation.



Step 5 - The installation

The process will be managed from start to finish by our trained installation engineers, and will normally take between one and three days depending on the system.







Step 2 - The Phone Survey

When you get into contact with us, we'll need to take a few initial details from you to see if your property is suitable for any of our installations.



Step 4 - Your Quote

Within 48 hours of the site survey, we'll send you through a detailed quote for the whole installation, as well as a chance for any final questions to be asked on either side.







Step 6 - The follow up

We'll give you a call a week after the installation to ensure that your system is working fine, and that you're happy with it.
